Flipkart — Delivery date moved thrice, followed up with customer services twice, order not received yet, still no clarity on delivery date

Hi, I had ordered three items as part of a recent sale on Flipkart, 1 phone, 1 charger and 1 cable. I have received the phone, but have not received the charger and cable, without which I cannot charge the phone ever since I received it (since the last 10 days).

The undelivered products have been ordered on 7th October 2023, but have still not even been shipped yet by the seller. The original date of delivery was 11th October, which was moved to 16th October and then to 17th October.

I have spoken to the Flipkart customer representative the 2nd time today, and they've assured me delivery by 20th October. I got another call from a different Flipkart representative sometime later asking me to cancel the order for the undelivered products. The representatives are unwilling to share confirmation over email, despite promising and assuring various things over call. There is confusion from Flipkart, regarding the status of the order and if it will be delivered or not.

As the 3 products were purchased together in a single transaction under EMI, the interest on the EMI will be charged for all 3 products every month. If the undelivered products are to be cancelled and the money is refunded, the overall cost will still not be recovered as the interest via EMIs will still be charged for all 3 products every month.

Hence, cancellation of the undelivered products is not feasible. I request Flipkart to provide a clarity on the status of the undelivered products and confirm by when can I get them.
