Flipkart — Delivery date shifting

Sir,
I have ordered a product from flipkart as birthday gift for my mother whose birthday is on 20th of this month which is your client on 13th of October of which delivery was for today 17th of October but didnt its showing in transit and now updated status showing will be delivered on 27th of October if consignments woul take around 2 weeks of time how things will be done hope you understand my concern. Please Help me with consignment no. FMPP[protected]
