[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery delay and poor response | |||
Pathetic ownership of issue and extremely poor customer service. The product supplied by seller was wrong. Flipkart team got the delivery started but without any concern or ownership of the issue, thereby putting me to extreme inconvenience. Even after 4 days in transit, there is no clarity on where the package is and when it will be delivered. There is no escalation matrix and call center people do not own up the issue except sending response from standard templates. Was this information helpful? | |||
