[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery delay fraud | |
I ordered an item(mobile ph on flipkart on 4th of October.But the product is not yet delivered even though it shows on their website that it has reached near my home city (Medchal, Hyderabad). It was to be delivered on 07th of October but they extended it to 10th October which again did not happen. I tried reaching out to customer support but got no response. But today, I have received an SMS from Flipkart shared below: "Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for POCO X3 Pro Golden Bronze has been delayed. A Gift Card equivalent to the shipping charge will be provided on order delivery. Alternatively, you can place a new order for this item. In appreciation of your patience, a Gift Card worth Rs. 1500/- will be added to your Flipkart account post new order is delivered. " This is blatant fraud by Flipkart since I have purchased the original item for Rs.15999/- but now their website shows it is Rs.18999/-. Even though they are luring me to cancel and reorder the item for a gift card, it is still a loss of Rs.1500/-. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no other option but to take further action against Flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |
