[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delivery delay of more than a month!

The order that was placed on June 10, 2020 was a purchase of Allie Wood engineered study table. It is now July 21st and I’ve just received a message that it will be delivered “probably “ by 26th July.

First of I must say that the response overall has been just terrible. Countless phone calls have done absolutely NOTHING! The flipkart custom service agents cannot do anything to contact this seller and check into the status! There is also no option to cancel the order anywhere on the order page. Allie Wood seems to be nothing but a big fraud company and flipkart in association with the likes of people like this, seems to be deteriorating in customer experience and satisfaction. I want a cancellation and a refund asap for this product if you’re reading this flipkart!

After several follow ups and complaints they finally refunded the amount. Although this might have taken longer if not for the legal notice I sent them

What the hell?? Apparently now my order has been delivered on 5th May, 2020 according to the order tracking page !??
Flipkart has figured out the complex nature of time travel !...Considering I place the order only on June 10, 2020.

26th has come and gone. I have not received a call or even a message about the status of this order. My order page continues to show that it’s been delivered one month prior to the date of order. This is ridiculous!! I’ve waited long enough for you’ll to do something about about this. I’ll be placing a complaint with the consumer court next.
