Flipkart — delivery delayed by more than 4 days

I booked an product (Oder no.OD[protected] flipkart which would be delivered by 15 may 2015 as per email confirmation. but today is 18 may 2015 and it is still not get delivered to me. contacted to customer care but they have some typical line to say " sorry sir we will deliver it soon to you." on every delivery date they postpone the current date and ask me to wait.
