[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery delayed without proper reasons | |
An item ordered with order id od[protected] on march 21, 2020. It reached motherhub_snk on april 11, 2020. Since then no update on delivery. Expected delivery date was may 15 2020 which is already passed. Called flipkart customer care several times but no proper action action has been taken. Even the item price has increased. So, i will be at loss if i cancel and reorder the item. If i order today the expected delivery date is may 25, 2020, but no update on existing order. Almost 2 months passed.
