[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery fault and delay | |||
I ordered mobile realmi 2 pro ocean blue 64gb, on flipkart by my registered no. [protected]. Order id is od[protected]. Tracking id is awb[protected]. In my account status of consignment shows delivered on 10 nov. (Attached snapshot). But i didn't get consignment. I concerned with local office. The employee did misbehave with me and giving me without my name slip package and told for hard cash payment. I didn't pay cash to him. He said... No issue you may go. He is saying that my consignment delivered to his relative so u have to take this item without name slip. So what do i do? When will i get my consignment. It's too late. If any wrong item delivered to me now it will be not fair with me. Sir Please do something. Flipkart did wrong with me to giving service and want to cheat me. Was this information helpful? | |||
