[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery for order# od[protected] | |||||
I have placed an order for the HP Pro Book on the 15th of March the 1st promised delivery was on the 19th of March which later got extended to 24th March and now to 29th March and yet there is no sign of it being delivered on the promised date as there is no movement of the shipment on the tracking system. The status since the 15th till dates dhows as "Approved" I have been in touch with the Flipkart Customer Support team however neither are they able to resolve the problem nor are they able to provide me with an explanation for the delay.. One I would really like to know the reason for delay rather then the standard answer and also finally when can i expect to finally have this product delivered if at all.
