[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery lagging | |||||
Worst service ever from ekart. I have ordered a shoe and before 2 days of promised delivery date i got a message from ekart saying that "your product is out for delivery and it will be delivered today by an ekart service partner and also the provide a number of delivery agent.when i called on the number it says it switched off. Very bad Flipkart. If this may happen over and over again Flipkart will permanently shutdown. Im damn sure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 01, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Called the customer, but he disconnected the call and didn't speak anything. Hence, keeping the case for follow up.
Verified Support May 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We are closing the complaint. Customer is not replying to our calls.
