[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery Late | |||
With reference to my order No. OD[protected] Tue, Jun 30, 2015 Order yet to receive (08.07.2015) and not getting appropriate response. Its very disappointing, when getting response that your complaint noted and will be revert back by tomorrow evening, when I am doing follow-ups. Please don't waste the time of customers. Verified Support Jul 09, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, very irate. He is escalating this issue from last three days and not getting any response. Product is in still approve status. Customer wants the compensation for delay in delivery and wants to talk to senior(Manager) as i denied to give compenmsation. This is gift for his wife on her birthday.
Informed him that we will check and provide the resolution at the earliest time.
