[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery misrouted other city | |||||
I have order a mobile on EMI from bank provided on Flipkart portal and they confirmed date of delivery 14 August and then shifted to 16 August and on date they saying product is misrouted and I have to cancel this and reorder new one, since my limit is already blocked and charges applied for EMI conversion so if I cancel the order who will compansate my time and financial loss. Now day its become trade of Flipkart and they have secret deal with banks for this kind of fraud for charging EMI without getting the items Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed order has been cancelled from courier service provider so requested to place a fresh order also refund turn around time informed hence closing the case from our team

Dear Flipkart if you want to be in the business you have to be responsible for keeping the deliveries on time atleast try to keep track of it.
