Hi, My self Suresh kumar. I booked ELGI ultra wet grinder 2.0 on 13th OCT 2018 in a Flipkart online web side. 100% payment also completed using my debit card. The promise date of delivery of the product is 22nd OCT 2018. After so many follow ups with the flipkart team till now 08 NOV 18, the product was not delivered. After 27 days of waiting and so many follow ups about the product they called me today simply they were told me to cancel the order. Flipkart team denying about the delivery and not even taking the responsibility. Simply telling that the courier service not in their scope. As a consumer I am trusting the online purchase on the basis of Flipkart platform reputation. If they are doing this types of irresponsible frauds need a justice on this.
