[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of damaged, used and other brand phone | |||
I ordered a phone Infinix Note 4 (Order ID- OD[protected]from Flipkart on 26th October 17 and I got the delivery on 28th October 17. The phone was broken, scratched, old and damaged and looked of some other brand which was wrapped by Ekart cellotape (Photo attached). Simply they cheated me. I logged a complaint and they said they will be delivering a new phone by 30th. The courier guy are refusing to take the return as the mail from Flipkart to courier says that we have been delivered a new phone of some other brand. IT has been 4 days, we are constantly talking to them. Lots of commitment from them but no action at all. It has been more than 72 hours and no response yet. It was a prepaid order and I am really worried about my money. It is more of a harassment as everytime I call them I have to explain the entire story and the person on the other end has no clue and no authority to do anything. I have mailed their senior management aswell including the CEO, VP, Co-Founder but no response yet.
