[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery of Defective Product and refund rejected | |||
Refund rejected ! In flipkart I have ordered Moto E 2 g phone and paid by netbanking on 29july15. Order No. OD[protected]. Received the shipment on 1Aug15. I found the handset was not working. I immediately register the complaint on the website. They called over phone on 3rd and gave instruction to solve issue which was not successful. They told me that they will replace the hand set. But I requested them that I want to go for other company since I have dissatisfied with the product and refund the money to the walled so I go for other company mobile. They just not only refused but also entered rejected in the website. Therefore I request you to take necessary action and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
