[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of mattress delayed | |||||
I ordered mattress on 24th october on flipkart. They promised to deliver this by 10th november. After waiting for 18 days, on 10th november, they changed delivery date to 23rd november mentioning seller has some internal issues. I don't want to wait again another 2 weeks, so i asked them to deliver within 2 days, otherwise cancel the product and provide compensation for waiting for 3 weeks. They are not accepting cancellation and compensation. Their customer support is really worst. Was this information helpful? | |||||
