[Resolved]  Flipkart — delivery of mobile moto g6 play

Dear flipkart,
I haven't seen such a pathetic service in my life. And this is where amazon lead you guys.
Its 2 days, there is no solid conclusion on issue. Customer care executive keep on calling and just promise 2 more days to solve it.
Issue is simple as that (Pls read it twice and dont ask me again what happen),
I did place mobile order with exchange offer. Your courier man came and asked me give mobile without giving any proof. As per your email i should be getting receipt.
Also courier man, didn't ask me to sign delivery receipt itself (He said he had signed by himself, proudly).
I dont know what is wrong and whom to blame, i am facing inconvenience here as my old mobile is already wiped by courier man yesterday.
I need my mobile by tomorrow 06/09 and with exchange mobile receipt or mail acknowledgment.
Failing to which i will file a consumer court complain, i do have cctv recording at my home on how your courier man is behaving.
Please note that matter below until opposed will be consider and accepted by you and can be use as legal proo[censored]nder "consumer protection act, 1986"

1. I don't agree with the words that i rejected parcel. Courier man came and i didn't gave me parcel due to different reason stated below (He did fraud signature). Please don't blame customer without knowing. Else show the proof if i accepted.
2. Product was with exchange offer and i have to give old mobile to filaprt. As per rule what clearly communicated to me by flipkart, i should be getting acknowledgment receipt for the product (Please find attached proof)
3. I declined to give my mobile without receipt as it was asked by flipakrt. On declining to give"old product", courier man didt hand over me new product and went away.
4. I immediate raised complain on all available platform on fliparkt.
5. On date 06/08, consumer executive from flipkart accepted that i should be getting receipt for old product (This proved it was flipkart mistake), and she will arrange it withing a day. She will get same product deliver (I asked for mail proof and she said all call getting recorded and i need not to worry)
6. There is no message or ivr i received that my order will get cancelled or is rejected. (This is procedure what flipkart follows, which is not followed here). Flipkart didn't follow any rule here and showed arrogant.
7. On 06/09 flipkart cancelled my order, instead of solving matter and helping customer. This is unfair practice to customer.
8. I already described how much inconvenienced already caused by this.

As stated earlier, please provide me same mobile with same offer, it is clearly mistake of flipkart and instead of helping customer, order was cancelled without intimation.
I am giving you 3 business days to work on this issue, as of now what i am requesting is "same mobile with same offer". Failing to which, flipkart may need to appear in consumer forum, ahmadabad. Please use this mail as legal notice or application for the same.

This was never expected from flipkart that just for delivering 1 mobile, flipkart will drag it to this level. Hoping for positive reply from flipkart.
