I ordered a product (Protoner 50 kg 50 kg pvc home gym set with rods home gym combo) on the 29th may by prepaying the money.
The updates i got on the product were as follows:
29th may - your order has been placed.
3rd june - seller has processed your order.
3rd june - item has been dispatched from the seller warehouse.
3rd june - your order has been picked by the courier partner.
No further updates yet.
The promised delivery date was on or before 14th june.

Flipkart also provided a bluedart waybill/reference number, which is [protected].
Now, i opened the bluedart website to track my order. It clearly mentioned that no records were found. I further contacted flipkart as to why am i not receiving any updates regarding the status of the package, as it was shipped on the 3rd june. I wasn't given any resolution regarding the same.
Following day, i contacted bluedart through email providing them my reference number. They replied back that they haven't received any physical package.
Today is the delivery day and the website still shows that the package is yet to reach the nearest hub.
Now, i wouldn't be concerned this much and filing a complaint if this was a first time problem.
I ordered another product (Muscleblaze fuel one whey protein whey protein (1 kg, chocolate), order id (Od[protected], on the 21st april.
The promised date was 27th april. I did not receive the product on the given date. I contacted them and i was told that the product will be delivered by the next day i. E. 28th april. Nonetheless the product wasn't delivered the next day.
On raising a complaint, i was told that the issue has been escalated and i will be contacted by a higher team. I wasn't. The next day, i got an update that the delivery will be made on 4th of may. As expected, flipkart failed to deliver the product yet again on the 4th and was told that it'll be delivered by the next day for sure. I did not get the product even next day and was told that the issue will be resolved by 8th may. On contacting them on the 8th may, they updated me that the issue will be resolved by the 11th may.
On the 11th may i cancelled my order and purchased the same on amazon. The delivery date provided by amazon was 15th may but unexpectedly i got my product on the 14th of may.
I was given a refund by flipkart on the same day.
The following events have led me to strongly not use the services provided by the company. The customer care services never really provide a solution.
There always seems to be a technical issue of some sort, due to which the location of the product can not be found.
You cannot claim that my area has limited delivery due to covid-19 because i have been receiving all sorts of products from different online stores.
I've attached all the necessary details along. I've blacked out my name, address, email id and phone number. The confirmation of the order id/bluedart reference number can be done from the attached images.
Never expected this from a company this big. All this for being a flipkart plus member.
