Flipkart — Delivery of product | |
The wrost services provided by an e-commerce platform is Flipkart. For them customer won't matter only there false promises matter. The delivery date of order is 24th of October, which has been rescheduled to 1st of Nov. From 25th of October till 1st of Nov, I'm following up with flipkart executive on regular basis for its delivery but the answer I get is that we will get this product delivered asap. Now as on 1 st Nov, they are saying ki if it will not be delivered by today 7 pm we will try to deliver by nxt day means the reschedule date is also don't matter to them. I'm just surprised that after so much followup there is no action from your team to get it delivered by the reschedule date. Also when we say that I will not buy any product from flipkart and will lodge a complaint to consumer court, then they simply say ki sir you can do that. Bcoz For flipkart customer is useles. I promise to.flipkart not to buy any product from flipkart in future. Was this information helpful? | |
