I have placed an order for a mobile phone on 15th Feb and was promised a delivery by 16th Feb. The delicery was not done as promised.
Moreover there is no communication on why the delivery didnot happen and when are they going to deliver the product,
Their Customer Service is worst. I am not sure if they record the calls and listen to them to understand their level of service. How many ever times you call its a fresh call as the previous agent does not have information about your previous conversation.
I am wondering if this is on they want to treat the online customers, they should not be in business. If i have used the same money walked into a store for purchase I would have got better service, and look and feel of the product I am purchasing. Was this information helpful? |
