[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of substandard and cheap product | |||||
Sir, I had ordered a kuber industries pan 25 cm diameter from flipcart against tracking id fmpc[protected] for rs 699.00. When i opened the delivery on 02 nov 2017 i found that a needhi pan without any company packing supplied. The product is inferior in quality and is available for very cheap price 300/- in local market. On complaining online [protected]@flipcartpromotions.com replied saying your question has been rejected as it contains non-english text. What a shameful response. Flipkart management needs to be hauled up and penalised for the service and shameful redressal of grievance of a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
