[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery of wrong color of Mobile phone | |||
I have purchased RED Moto X and when the product was delivered it was no where near Red. The product is PINK in color and when I called and asked for a change in product color (I requested for BLACK instead of RED) the customer care was very specific that they wont do that. I am very much disappointed with services provided. Showing one color and giving some other color and claiming it to be the display color is actually cheating. It doesn't suit flipkart being a completely customer driven company. The kind of complacency from the customer service executives is totally intolerable Was this information helpful? | |||

Customer say's that he want's to exchange the product with black colour, Informed customer as per the policy we don't have a exchange for the mobile asked customer whether this case can be closed customer agreed.
