[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of wrong product from flipkart | |||
Order id[protected] Seller of product - shikha placement services (Plot no. D2/56) (Gali no. 10) Om vihar phase 5 New delhi - 110059 Ordered through flipkart Sir from flipkart i have ordered sanhan 8 plug point led indicator extension board surge protector. And on their website it is given that the length of cord is 4.5 m. But i have received cord of length 2m only. On their website. I have made return request 5 times but all the times they have rejected my request i am trying to return it from last 15 days. When i made a call to flipkart they are saying that our concerned team will contact you but they are making me fool. I have given money for the product so i have right to accept correct product only. Sir you can also understand that the cord is this much small that it is not reaching to main power supply of my house and if it is not reaching then what i will do of that product. Sir please try to understand my feeling and take strict action againt flipkart or seller I want refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
