Flipkart — Delivery of wrong product- Non refund of amount or replacement | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order for RPM Fitness RPM717 (2 HP) Carbon motorized Treadmill vide order ID OD[protected] in Flipkart on 20.09.2020 and I have been delivered a Powermax manual treadmill of low quality instead of the ordered one. I have taken up the issue with flipkart on the same day of delivery. Subsequently I cancelled the order and requested for refund of my amount which has not been considered by flipkart. Here, the mistake is on the part of flipkart and not in my side. Whatever the item I ordered could not deliver by the company. So I requested for return of the item and refund of my hard earned money. They can not compell me to use the product on your own wish. So It is requested to kindly take up the issue with flipkart and arrange to either replace the treadmill and deliver me the item I ordered or taken back the product and refund me the amount at the earliest.
