Flipkart — Delivery person not accept my return

The seller send me completely different product. Then i am going for return process. But when the delivery person came he refused to take my return and give the reason that photos of the order is not match.but i recive completely different product. how can i able to provide the original product because I recieved completely wrong product. And this happen 2nd time with me
