Flipkart — delivery person - not equipped and cheating the customer | |||
Regarding my orders:od[protected]Realme 3 pro) mobile for exchange: As per the exchange offer quoted in the flipkart for returning my old moto g3 mobile was 1050. Though the mobile is maintained well and is in a very good condition the delivery person, for a minute (Not visible much) dent expressed that only 550 worth the mobile. He was not paying attention to the concerns shared by us to re-estimate appropriately saying/showing us some checklist which is unnecessary for us. Now, my question is, why in the terms and conditions for mobile exchange column it is stated that for dents means rs.800 will be the mobile worth and why at the time of delivery customers are being cheated by giving a different value for the exchange of the product? In this regard, i strongly suggest you to either be clear with your terms and conditions or at least send a well equipped person for exchanging of products. I am highly disappointed with the service offered and am sure on spreading a word with my corporate colleagues regarding the time and effort of mine which has been wasted by flipkart.
