Flipkart — Delivery problem (false claim) | |
I had placed an order for Asus laptop on 3rd october the promised date given by flipkart was 8th october, i called the customer care on 8th they promised me it will be delivered within promised date. The product has already reached nearest hub 3 days ago but i don't know why they are not delivering its already been 10th of October i haven't received my product. I have called customer care atleast 10 times. Each and every time i call customer care they give false claim that product will get delivered by today . This same statement is said by every individual person by whom i have talked on flipkart. They just give false claim and promises regarding the delivery. One of the executives even gave a false statement on 8th october that the product is out for delivery. If i had knew that i would be receiving this type of service i would have never purchased from flipkart .Been a plus customer since 2 years this is how we are treated?
