[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery related issues | |||
Hello sir, I had ordered a mi 4a pro 80cm tv for myself and tv is still not being delivered nor any updates as its prepaid. They are increasing delivery dates and not giving updates for that order since 7 days. Order id is "od[protected]". I want compensation for this huge mishandling of my product. If the product is not delivered on time, then want interest of each day i have paid. I want to be compensated strongly for this. No one complains for this delivery thing. The flipkart team is so irresponsible that they cant track or give a request for delivery to courier logistics partner. I am fed up of calling customer care but my issue is never resolved they say that it will be delivered in promised date. When promise date comes it automatically shifts to 1 week more.
