Extending a deadlines, not calling to resolve the issue, providing false commitments, providing false information. Due to their issue still i don't have working product and need to wait till 17th aug, 2016 for replacement. I have asked to register an incidents for my product issue and providing compensation. They have registered and told me that you will get email notifications but i haven't received any. They have missed the deadlines and not replaced a faulty product, also they are not ready to compensate. After so many calls they have approved my return request because they are unable to provide service but not ready for compensation for their unprofessionalism. So i need to suffer. I received product on 30th july, 2016 and my request is approved on 9th august, 2016. Was this information helpful? |
