I have requested for exchange for my defective dell inspiration a6 laptop but this people are not responding and sending msg as 'we tried to get in touch with you on to discuss the issue with order id but couldn't reach you. Please call us on our toll-free number[protected] for further assistance if you'd still like us to help.' This msg i got it twice but no proper response from technical team. This is what this company is doing with his customers They have a tat for the exchange of 10 days in this 1 week i have requested twice for exchange but for no reason they have cancelled the exchange Request you to please look into the matter for the same Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the mentioned complained verification was made and replacement of the product has been delivered to customer and issue stands resolved.
