Flipkart — Dell Laptop Inspiron 3558 | |||||
Dear Sir This in reagards to the mentioned complaint number : IN[protected] I have been in continuos followup with Flipkart and Dell regarding the defect in my laptop, i.e. their is gap in between laptop flaps when u hold it ...it abnormal gap i.e. the laptop is not closing completely, and their remains a gap of 1cm between both flaps. I have lodged a complaint in Flipkart from past 5-6 days stating the complete issue and they are only making fool o[censored]s by telling that their technician would come at my place but when god knows. I have been daily calling the Flipkart people and taking to them, again and again narrating whole story, wasting my business days staying at home in expextation of a tachnician to come and check the laptop. Sir.. I'm completely disatisfied with the respoence which I got from Flipkart and Dell, though doing so much to explain them. Please this is request to the Flipkart or Dell to resolve this issue as I am in need of Laptop urgently, or to compensate me in monetary terms.
