[Resolved] Flipkart — denial of return pick up for inappropriate reason | |||||
Today the executive came for pick of return requested by me. He denied to pick up saying that the product doesn't have mrp tag. As yesterday when i unboxed the product it had only the brand tag and the invoice, mrp tag didn't came in both the products. I read the conditions that to be able to return the product all the tags and brand package should remain unbroken. But what about the mrp tag which didn't even came in package. What a way to deny the return, First they don't put mrp tag while packaging and and now it's very easy for them to deny for it's absence. This is one kind of fraudulent activity flipkart has started so that they can deny to pick up the return. Also contacted the customer care but i have been told to wait till 28 sep. Why should i suffer for their mistakes? Please intervene in this matter else it would lead further escalation Was this information helpful? | |||||
