[Resolved] Flipkart — Denied Replacement as the product is defective | |||
I have bought MI4I mobile phone from Flipkart on July 15th 2015. I am facing problems with network and sim card port. Out of 2 sim cards ports, 1 is not working at all. I raised a complaint on August 11 to troubleshoot the problem or replace it. A call came from Flipkart and they asked me to reset the phone and check. If the problem is not solved, we will give the replacement. But now, Flipkart is denying their commitment. Also, they have filled the report that problem is solved. I want authorities to intervene and solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
