[Resolved]  Flipkart — Denying refund after delivering fake product

I have purchased a 5 litre Dravida Organics Hand Sanitizer from Flipkart recently (Order # OD[protected]. Upon receiving the product, I realized that the product is fake. It doesn't have the alcohol content as advertised. It just looks like a colored water.
When I claimed for refund, customer service team just bypassed the fact by saying that the product has no return policy. Now selling a fake product & then not accepting the return is clearly a day light fraud & I don't like to endorse that. I want to return the product & want my Rs. 849/- back.
