I purchased one blue star RO.
Order I'd -OD[protected].
After installation. I found the water purifier was leaking, water was coming out even in switch off condition. I put a request for replacement, under 10 days replacement policy. Instead of replacement, technical team was sent. They said connection was incorrect in purifier, from the time of installation itself.
I immediately told them to replace, i don't want a repair. Still they tried, but the issue is not corrected. Now the water is leaking, as well as it's going inside storage tank, even in off condition.
We drank unpurified water for that period in between. This is so unprofessional and against consumer.
I want immediate replacement or refund. I didn't expected this kind of fraudulent activities from Flipkart. Was this information helpful? |
