I ordered a mobile from Flipkart in November 2021 Order ID OD[protected]. They rescheduled the order six times and finally cancelled the order after harassing for 17 days.
Further, I was persistently harassed by your customer care representative as no resolution was provided by them and they kept disconnecting calls for more than 15-20 times mostly when they were not able to answer my queries.
I have called numerous times, engaged on online Flipkart chat with customer care when the order was not delivered on the promised date and have also sent emails regarding the same but to no avail. After harassment and non-delivery, there was a refund of the payment amount only. I do not believe that a customer places an order to only get a refund with harassment after several days without any explanation or apology.
Therefore, when no justified explanation for non-delivery and harassment was received by Flipkart despite several calls and emails, the Consumer complaint was filed in November 2021 and the learned court had issued notice in January 2022. I had already sent the notice through courier and also via email dated Feb 16, 2022. But no one has appeared for Flipkart before the concerned commission.
Please note that an ex parte order will be passed against Flipkart if no one appears before the concerned commission despite several reminders.
In this regard, kindly assist me with officials concerned with these so that legal process can be served.
Alternatively, pay compensation for harassment along with a letter of apology.
