Flipkart — Did Fraud with my delivery of refrigerator. Delivered damaged product

Hi Flipkart Team,

I ordered realme refrigerator from flipkart with cost of 46900 rs. The product which is delivered to me was damaged one. I raise a request to the flipkart for return or replacement. The request was closed by saying the reason "We are sorry We unable to process your refund request". I called to the flipkart customer care executive they again raised a refund request for my damaged product and ask me to send photos on their site. I did it within a hr and still they repeatedly saying that the request is under process. Still now i unable to use that refrigerator and unable to get refund from flipkart. Really flipkart is a fraud company they are always doing wrong promises. Requesting all of you to not purchase anything from flipkart. I am planning to go in consumer court my damaged product delivery.
