Flipkart — Did not get my refund/returned - Not satisfied with Product | |||
I have ordered order ID: OD[protected] product. I opted to return within the product 3-4 days, got a call from Technical team regarding the same. They said that i can only get my refund by Flipkart wallet but when I asked to transfer the money in my account, they refused. Instead started to talk in a rude manner. Then when I asked to transfer my call to someone higher management person, I got a reply that my call will be rescheduled for the next day.(I received a message for the same) I called customer care number(They said 'Please wait for the call scheduled for you' Only technical team can help you not us) Next day I got a message in the evening that Flipkart tried to reach me but my number was unreachable( I didnt got any call)(No number in missed call alert as well) Then got a message that my call is rescheduled for next day. On next day I got a miss call from [protected] but when I called back on this number(The number is Out of Service) Then suddenly today morning I got a message that my return request is disapproved. This is a planned cheating on me. I have always trusted Flipkart above all e-commerce companies. Was this information helpful? | |||
