[Resolved] Flipkart — Did not get the free movie ticket | |||
I placed order with flipkart for beauty products worth 999, and while i put products worth that amount into my cart they showed that the offer had been applied. Nothing about placing order with the same seller was mentioned. Infact they showed that the offer had been applied. But later when i got the product and got back to the customer service to redeem my offer they refused to give it to me. The reason being that the order was from two sellers. If that was the case then you shouldn't have put the offer in my cart in the first place. I am so disappointed with the services. Was this information helpful? | |||
