[Resolved] Flipkart — did not refund/return my item | |||||
I ordered a transformer toy car beginning of may-the item delivered was not working and i requested a return on 17th may — the guy who came for return insisted that his return order mentioned a blue car while i was returning a red car!! The order page in flipkart had no option to choose colour — so dont know what they meant! I had what i had — they delivered me a red car! I complained again and they convinced me to solve the issue by 25th may and then again said they will solve my 5th june! What a sham!! Absolute poor service and group of cheats! Never buy stuff from flipkart — i wasted my 1600 rs Was this information helpful? | |||||
