Flipkart — Didn't get money back from refund

I brought a Bluetooth earphones and i got damaged product first than i exchanged it and got a new pair but its charger was not working so i refunded it. On order page it was showing refund complete but in my bank account the money was not added so i called the consumer care and they said that my bank account needed to be updated so i went to the bank and checked and asked if anything was needed to be updated and they said no i think the seller didn't refunded it please help in anyways possible.
