Flipkart — Didn't get Refund of Rs-73028 as committed by Flipkart customer support team


I had raised my complaint against Flipkart regarding returning of product ( Vivo X80 pro mobile due to overheating issue "Order ID- OD[protected]") via below website on 8th June-2022.

So on 10th June-2022 i.e on Friday i got call from Flipkart Customer Support team ( Person name = Subhadeep Ghosh) saying that they will process refund of Rs-73028 within 24 hrs and on same day they closed my replacement issue from Flipkart website ( This is as per their procedure which was discussed on phone with above mentioned person ).

Later during same phone call he told me that i need to provide my bank details to Flipkart team so that they can initiate refund. After completion on call on same day 10th June-2022 i.e on Friday i got mail from Flipkart ( [protected]@flipkart.com with same Person name = Subhadeep Ghosh) where they asked me all bank details as per discussion on phone.So on same day i reverted back via mail all my bank details.

Also as per discussion i was supposed to get call from Flipkart after 24 hrs where they will provide me one OTP and same OTP i need to share them for refund process and person told me that during call itself my refund will get credited.

Now after this all process today is 13th June-2022 i.e more than 72 hrs completed and still i am facing below issues :-
1. I didn't get any phone call from flipkart.
2. I didn't get any OTP.
3. I replied and also sent reminder mails multiple times to flipkart team ( which i am having proof) and still there is no any answer/reply.
4. I tried to contact customer care multiple times for my refund and each time different customer care executives were listening my issue and asking me to keep my call on hold to gather some information and then after they are disconnecting calls.What is this pathetic behavior ?

Rs-73028 is very huge amount to me. I believe my issue should get resolved via consumer forum.
Else please let me know how can i proceed in such situation.

I have attached E-mail which i got from Flipkart regarding bank details to which i already sent reply.
