I got flipkart first subscription in July, 2015. But somehow they merged my two accounts but still it was showing that I purchased flipkart first but from last month this is not working. Recently i placed some orders and have to pay delivery charges for my three orders and when i send the customer care mail regarding this they said me that it will be solved by 5, oct but on 5th received mail that it will be resolved by 7 oct. I replied them that it is not right but they didn't reply any thing. Today is 7 but still I didn't got any thing from flipkart. Oh well one mail I received which tells me that they would have been refunded me 270 for delivery charges if I would have received the product. Bravo flipkart thinking that i knew your plan. But still I have received 3 product by paying delivery charges and plus I am not able to take advantage of a premium customer, so you can pay me for that and also I the one thing I always liked about flipkart was customer care but now it is the one that I hate most.
