[Resolved] Flipkart — didn't receive money even after 7 days of booking failure | |||
I was booking the flight ticket from patna to mumbai from flipkart desk, dated - 10/02/2020, my booking got failed and money from my acount rs11262l/- got deducted with reference no igaibkleg0. When i contacted with the flipkart customer services, they said that your money will get refunded to your acount in within 7 working days, but i have not yet received the money, i have been trying to get in contact with the customer service of flipkart since last 2 days, after selecting appropriate option through ivr, they kept on hold for more than 15-20 minutes, and then the call got discunnected by itself.
