[Resolved] Flipkart — Didn't receive my order after paying the EMI.. | |
Hi, I ordered a sofa from flipkart of order ID OD[protected] on May 2nd 2021.it almost passed 40days and we didn't receive the product and the first EMI is also paid.We are calling customer care and there response is very bad since one month.They are delaying the issue everyday.The customer care is holding the call and disconnecting the call.one day they told us finally to cancel the order and will compensate a coupon of rs500.we just rejected it.we contacted them again but they didn't give any update regarding the order and the days passed .but they didn't give any update .on June 10th we got a call from flipkart they asked us to cancel the order.we said ok as we don't have any hopes .we are not able to cancel the order because it is from" Non returns " category.we called them again told the issue.the issue is very much delayed. Please look in forward and solve the issue and the product is being delivered as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
