[Resolved] Flipkart — Didn't receive my refund since october 2015 | |||||
Hi, I'm Mohammed Mustafa I ordered a product from flipkart, on October 2015. The order number is OD[protected]. The product wasn't functioning properly and i requested for a replacement but that turned out to be defective too. So i requested for a refund. Now it's been 5 months since i raised the refund request and i haven't received my money yet. It's really frustrating now, whenever i call them they say me the same thing that please wait for 4-5 working days you'll receive your refund, but i haven't received my money.
