Flipkart — Didn't received the refund

I ordered a realme narzo phone worth 14249 on 17th march 2022 on flipkart and prepaid for the same.
Later I cancelled my order and got a notification that my order has, been cancelled and refund is completed and i will get my refund by 23rd march . But till now I haven't got my refund.. I contacted them and they said refund has, been done.. But I haven't received any refund
I am sharing my refund id too..

Pls look into the matter...
I am also attaching my bank statement for further clarification

Updated by Dr Manisha Sinha They(costumer care) said today that the refund has been done and i will be receiving it by 7pm today that is 23rd march 2022 but i haven't yet received any refund
