Flipkart — didn't respond on my problem

Sir, some days ago i registered a complaint against flipkart which was related to wrong product delivery. My complaint id is 2481344. And product id is od[protected]. Sir the product which had delivered by flipkart to me was wrong. And i registered my complain in consumer forum. So sir according to customer protection law you should help me.

Updated by Pappu Jha No sir..that product i brought for my sister.and you send me wrong product. And also you did not respond my issue. You have to refund or replace my item.other wise i'll case on you.
