I have ordered on 30th sep'19 (Order id : od[protected] a realme 5 pro (Crystal green, 64 gb) (6 gb ram) but i have received (On 01st oct'19) realme 5 pro (Crystal green, 64 gb) (4 gb ram). I have raised a complaint on same day but issue not resolved yet. I wants to correct product asap. Request to you kindly replace my product asap.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on October 16, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
