Flipkart — different product received and flipkart rejecting return request

I placed an order (Od[protected] on flipkart for jacket on 6th oct. Jacket was recived on 10th oct and inr 1499 cash was paid to the delivery boy. The jacket delivered to me does not match with the one shown on website, so i initiated return request. Totally 7 requests were raised but flipkart is rejecting the request without mentioning any specific reason. I need resolution by returning the jacket and refund of inr 1499.

Called Flipkart customer care twice today also.. awaiting resolution of the complaint. The last return call was closed without resolution and I have requested them to reopen that call.

The refund was done for a failed online transaction during the ordering process and refund was done on 9th. However I am taking about the jacket which was delivered on 10th Oct on C.O.D basis. I want to return the jacket and refund of my money. 8 return requests have been raised in past 20 days.

App Screenshots were attached for reference but as usual Flipkart is more concerned about their call closing matrix rather than going in depth and resolve customer issue.

I have raised a return request again on 2nd Nov but still no communication received on the same.
Even after several calls to customer care.. no update received so far.
